ï½" .
(But "\\def" is OK).
Reproduce code:

ï½', 'field2'));"

"var_dump(fgetcsv(STDIN));"
Expected result:
----------------
array(2) {
[0]=>
string(13) "abc\ï½ï½
ï½"

}
Actual result:
