Expected, the test is for bug that is fixed in HEAD:

When you call :
make test TESTS=./tests/output/ob_011.phpt
The system crashes within 10 seconds.
(CPU usage goes to 100% and system freezes in about 10 seconds.
No ping. Console access is dead too.)
