Bug description:  Deprecate mysql_list_databases

Description:

mysql_list_tables and mysql_list_fields have both been deprecated.  For 
consistency, I think that mysql_list_dbs should be deprecated as it too 
can be performed with a simple SQL query: "SHOW databases".
