Description:
------------
I found that when I upload a file whose size is > to post_max_size and
> to upload_max_filesize then $_FILES[$var] array it fill be null, no
fields no nothing. If i set post_max_size > file size then the array
will have data, also it will return the correct $_FILES[$var]['error']
value.
Reproduce code:
---------------
---
<?php
print_r($_FILES['archivo']);
?>
---
Expected result:
----------------
Array ( [name] => testfile.iso [type] => [tmp_name] => [error]
=> 1 [size] => 0 )
Actual result:
--------------
nothing, null...
