Bug #15832: error when using the copy function

From: picklezz@hotmail.com Operating system: Windows PHP version: 4.1.1 PHP Bug Type: Unknown/Other Function Bug description: error when using the copy function When I use the "copy ( string source, string dest)" function in PHP 4.1.1 and Apache 2.0.28 for uploading files to a dir and forget to set the "string dest" the file will bo copied to the root dir of my harddrive.
