Im getttion a request from an external application which has
the content type of multipart/form-data.I used
@file_get_contents('php://input'); / $HTTP_RAW_POST_DATA
for getting the body content.But always it was empty when the content
type is multipart/form-data
Reproduce code:

<form enctype="multipart/form-data" action="test.php"
method="post">
<p>Send this file: <input type=file name="filename"></p>
<input type=submit value="Sumbit File">
</form>
Expected result:
----------------
filename=XXXX
