Maybe it's fixed in CVS, but this bug I've found in 4.2.1 AND 4.2.2.
I'm suprised that since you know about this issue since version 4.2.1
why it has not migrated from CVS into stable and official 4.2.2

This bug has been fixed in CVS. You can grab a snapshot of the
CVS version at http://snaps.php.net/. In case this was a
documentation
problem, the fix will show up soon at http://www.php.net/manual/.
In case this was a PHP.net website problem, the change will show
up on the PHP.net site and on the mirror sites.
Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PHP better.

PHP version is 4.2.2, but that option isn't included yet.
It was said that this error is fixed, but PHP still doesn't compile.
There should be
#if !AP_MODULE_MAGIC_AT_LEAST(20020506,0)
instead of
#if !MODULE_MAGIC_AT_LEAST(20020506,0)
