Bug #18473: variable problem

From: chris@jynx.net Operating system: Linux SMP 2.2.20 (slackware) PHP version: 4.2.1 PHP Bug Type: Unknown/Other Function Bug description: variable problem When compiling with these options. ./configure --prefix=/usr/local \ --with-apache=/usr/src/apache_1.3.26 \ --enable-exif \ --enable-track-vars \ --with-calendar=shared \ --enable-magic-quotes \ --enable-trans-sid \ --enable-wddx \ --enable-ftp \ --enable-inline-optimization \ --enable-memory-limit \ --with-gd="/usr/local" \ --with-zlib \ --enable-gd-native-tt \ --with-t1lib="/usr/local" \ --with-jpeg-dir="/usr" \ --with-png-dir="/usr/local" \ --with-zlib-dir="/usr/local" \ --with-ttf \ --with-freetype-dir="/usr/local" \ --with-snmp=/usr/local/snmp \ --with-openssl="/usr/local" \ --with-mysql \ All goes fine. But no variables will work. Not even static vars. Example <? echo "<a href=\"page.php?test=testing\">"; ?> On page.php $test will = nothing. If i switch back to 4.1.2 and restart apache, all is back to normal $test will = testing. Tested with 4.1.2 with apache 1.3.26 (works fine) and 4.2.1 with apache 1.3.26 (same problem as above) and 4.2.2 with apache 1.3.26 (same problem as above) There are no errors during the compile.
