Problem isn't resolved.
Tested width the last snapshot (PHP 5.3.2)

It is ok with PHP 5.3.2-dev
with this configure line
./configure  --with-gd --enable-gd-native-ttf  --with-freetype-dir

Result is
Array
(
    [0] => -1
    [1] => 3
    [2] => 173
    [3] => 3
    [4] => 173
    [5] => -14
    [6] => -1
    [7] => -14
)
