I apologize for not putting it in diff format earlier.  I am a little
new to this system of working over the internet with other people.  I am
also new to c so if this is totally the wrong way to do this let me
know.

I hope this is the right place for this.
I am working on a php milter and wanted access to the IP address in the
second argument of the mlfi_connect function in the milter api.

I wrote a small patch to return that information.

I'll upload the new code in this report for the file
sapi/milter/php_milter.c
