Description:
------------
When no include_path is set in php.ini, it defaults to ".;C:\php5\pear",
a path that may not exist. I think "." is enough.
This bug is intended to replace Bug #29085.
Reproduce code:
---------------
Install PHP with the Windows Installer and does not set an include_path
manually. Then run phpinfo().
Expected result:
----------------
include_path should be "."
Actual result:
--------------
include_path is ".;C:\php5\pear"
