fdtk extension is not available anymore in the standard PHP release but
via pecl (subversion module only as it is not maintained)

When configuring 5.3.2, the following warning was generated:
Notice: Following unknown configure options were used:
--with-fdftk=/usr/local
--enable-force-cgi-redirect
These are settings I have used for years within PHP. What happened to
the FDFTK option?
