Description:
------------
When I run "php -d ini_var=some;thing" from the command line
the part after the semicolon gets swallowed (as if it were an ini
comment)
Test script:
---------------
php -d include_path=foo;bar -f foo.php
foo.php:
<?php
echo get_include_path();
?>
Expected result:
----------------
foo;bar
Actual result:
--------------
foo
