Bug #18558: Sessions and OCIPLogon, OCILogoff

From: balsindia@indiatimes.com Operating system: Linux 2.4.18 PHP version: 4.2.1 PHP Bug Type: OCI8 related Bug description: Sessions and OCIPLogon, OCILogoff When using OCIPLogon connecting to Oracle8i, it creates many sessions at the server. whenever connect to oracle connection, finally i closed the connected connection using OciLogOff. But there is no effect in Oracle server.
