Got a fatal error while trying to execute pg_query_params() or
pg_execute()
php 5.3.3 with libpq 8.4.4
Test script:

$connection = pg_connect('dbname=test');
pg_query_params($connection, 'SELECT * FROM users WHERE id=$1', array(1));
Expected result:

The function works fine
Actual result:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function pg_query_params()
