From: Operating system: CentOS PHP version: 5.2.14 Package: *Unicode Issues Bug Type: Bug Bug description:Weird length in the end of the string Description: ------------ For some reason, when you try to cut the string (in hebrew lenguage at least) sometimes you get a wierd box (�) at the end of the string. the file the database working under UTF-8. when you test the function at windows-1255 everythings fine.
