Bug #52699 [NEW]: PDO bindValue writes long int 32bit enum.

Description: ------------ PDO bindValue parses a long argument into param.param_type, a 32-bit enum variable. On 64bit big-endian systems like solaris10/sparc this causes the param_type to always end up as null. A patch that fixes it is coming.
