Remove all instances of php4ts.dll on yorur system, and then put the
correct one in the correct place.

Downloaded version of Win32 PHP 4.2.2 shows up as 4.2.1. This is on
Win2000/Apache 1.3.26 and using php4ts.dll in the system32 directory
(not cgi).
