Description:
------------
Hi!
I have problem with PHP, that the file "php-cgi.exe" when the server
demands it, it would report "Missing OCI.dll" problem, I had used
"Apache 2.2.16" and "MS IIS 7.5", and the two of them can't access
"php-cgi.exe" properly,IIS 7.5 shows this problem:

>Error Summary
>HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error
>C:\Program Files\PHP\php-cgi.exe - The FastCGI process exited
unexpectedly

>Detailed Error Information
>Module	FastCgiModule
>Notification	ExecuteRequestHandler
>Handler	PHP_via_FastCGI
>Error Code	0x000000ff
>Requested URL	http://localhost:150/vb/install/install.php
>Physical Path	C:\inetpub\wwwroot\vb\install\install.php
>Logon Method	Anonymous
>Logon User	Anonymous

>note: I am running HTTP on port 150.

And when I open "php-cgi.exe" by double click, it shows the "Missing
OCI.dll" message. Then, I looked for "OCI.dll", and got one, you can
download it from:

I've placed it in the "PHP" directory where I've installed it, the
message turned to "Wrong OCI.dll, please reinstall the product"
message.
A similar bug discussed in this link:

Mentioned in it "Don't enable Oracle extensions", then how can I disable
the "Oracle extensions"??

Thank you in advance.
