Bug description: mail() not sending to addresses with a - in the domain
given:
$to = "foo@foo-foo.com";
command:
mail($to,"test","test");
result:
warning: server error line xxx
------------------
if sending to an address without the - in the domain, mail() works fine so
i'm sure it's not a config problem. also, the - address is valid and i
can send mail via a mail client.
the - addresses worked in v4.2.1
