From: paul@honeylocust.com Operating system: Linux PHP version: 4.2.2 PHP Bug Type: Documentation problem Bug description: Undocumented behavior of arrays If you iterate an associative array with foreach(), it seems like it plays elements back in the order in which they were added. This behavior is useful, but seems to be undocumented. I'd like to see this documented, because otherwise I'm afraid this behavior will change in future versions of PHP. -- Edit bug report at http://bugs.php.net/?id=18629&edit=1 -- Fixed in CVS: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=18629&r=fixedcvs Fixed in release: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=18629&r=alreadyfixed Need backtrace: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=18629&r=needtrace Try newer version: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=18629&r=oldversion Not developer issue: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=18629&r=support Expected behavior: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=18629&r=notwrong Not enough info: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=18629&r=notenoughinfo Submitted twice: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=18629&r=submittedtwice register_globals: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=18629&r=globals
