Bug description: str_rot13 bug
I found str_rot13 rotates result string and its argument also...
Proof:
pipen@demon> php4 -q
<?php
$x = 'abcde';
$y = str_rot13( $x );
echo "$x\n$y\n";
?>
this is result:
nopqr
nopqr
and it should be:
abcde
nopqr
