The microsecond precision has been added to REQUEST_TIME, and will be
present in the next future PHP version.

It would be very useful to introduce a new global variable (es.
$_SERVER['REQUEST_TIME_MICRO']) indicating the time stamp at the start
of the php script but with an indication of microseconds.
