Req #53653 [NEW]: Allow reading message even with server http code > 400

From: Operating system: window PHP version: 5.2.16 Package: *General Issues Bug Type: Feature/Change Request Bug description:Allow reading message even with server http code > 400 Description: ------------ When the server i connect through SoapClient returns an error, ir returns it whith http code 500, and somme error message.
