Font is deprecated since 1999 (http://www.w3.org/TR/1999/REC-html401-19991224/present/graphics.html#edef-FONT) and should be replaced with span. The "Expected result" shows this section of php.ini with the suggested change, and the "Actual result" shows the same section of php.ini as it is currently shipping.
