Not that I've noticed, at least none that got a lower case variant but
missing their upper case relative or visa versa.

Indeed it is missing. Any idea if any other such are missing there?
Quick look would suggest there aren't but.. :)

Description:
------------
The HTML entity for Ÿ which is Ÿ is missing

Reproduce code:
---------------
<?php
var_dump(get_html_translation_table(HTML_ENTITIES));

Expected result:
----------------
I expect the capital version of ÿ which is in there to be also in
there.
