Is it possible extend utf8_decode function with charset iso-8859-15(latin
9) version?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO/IEC_8859-15
Currently utf8_decode uses iso-8859-1
Main reason of need is we need â¬(EUR) char in conversions
It can be done second optional parameter.
string utf8_decode ( string $data [] [, string $out_charset])
