Bug description:Enhance phpinfo output for pdo_firebird

Description:

The phpinfo output for the pdo_firebird driver is a bit sparse. I've lifted
the
code from the interbase driver so that at least we will now output version
info.
It is not a lot, but at least it makes the driver seem a little more loved.
