,\IntlDateFormatter::FULL, \IntlDateFormatter::FULL,
'America/Los_Angeles', \IntlDateFormatter::TRADITIONAL ,"MM/dd/yyyy");
echo datefmt_format( $fmt , 0);
crashes on two computers (both win7 x64), so it does not depend by my
sys
if a gdb trace is needed i will try to dump it!
