From: Operating system: Mac 10.6.6 PHP version: 5.3SVN-2011-04-01 (snap) Package: *Unicode Issues Bug Type: Bug Bug description:PHP Version 5.3.3-1 Special Characters encoding problem. Description: ------------ For special characters such as Ormož PHP Version 5.3.3-1 displays Ormo[0098]. Therefore special characters are not being displayed properly on the webpage. For PHP Version 5.3.3-0 it displayed Ormož properly. Therefore, PHP Version 5.3.3-1 is messing up all special characters on the webpage. Please respond with a solution ASAP as this problem is costing the company I am working for a lot of money. Thank you.
