What are you talking about? It has been up for months and we are only
moving the 
boxes to new VPS. It is a planed downtime (See #54634).

Bug search did not find these but google did after I had already
submitted this.

Is it really that difficult to check a directory path and correct the

accordingly? This has been going on for months.

The link to the windows binary packages windows.php.net/downloads has
been broken 
every time I come here looking for it. It has been several months and
always get 
page not found no matter where I'm trying to access it from
