#18774 [NEW]: Cannot unarchive the documentation howto

From: mdbarton@blueyonder.co.uk Operating system: Windows XP and 2000 PHP version: 4.2.2 PHP Bug Type: Documentation problem Bug description: Cannot unarchive the documentation howto I downloaded the latest howto.html.tar.gz from http://cvs.php.net/ and cannot unarchive it. When I go to unarchive the tar file I get the message 'error reading header after processing 0 entries'. I had a look at previous versions of the document and get the same message.
