From: rob@pipgroup.com Operating system: Win2K PHP version: 4.2.2 PHP Bug Type: Variables related Bug description: using & instead of "&" causes malformed HTTP_REFERER when using "&" instead of "&" to separate variables passed through a url causes HTTP_REFERER to include all the url after the first &. According to the W3C & should be used to avoid confusion with & being used as a character entity identifier. This is a big problem when passing variables out of a page for processing on a second page which then uses a header() redirect back to the original page. -- Edit bug report at http://bugs.php.net/?id=18776&edit=1 -- Fixed in CVS: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=18776&r=fixedcvs Fixed in release: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=18776&r=alreadyfixed Need backtrace: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=18776&r=needtrace Try newer version: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=18776&r=oldversion Not developer issue: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=18776&r=support Expected behavior: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=18776&r=notwrong Not enough info: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=18776&r=notenoughinfo Submitted twice: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=18776&r=submittedtwice register_globals: http://bugs.php.net/fix.php?id=18776&r=globals
