The "$SYBASE_CT_INCDIR/libsybct.so" issue was fixed by SVN rev 311917 in bug Bug #53540.
$ svn up ext/sybase_ct/config.m4
At revision 312114.
$ grep libsybct ext/sybase_ct/config.m4
elif test -f $SYBASE_CT_LIBDIR/libsybct64.so && test $PHP_SYBASE_64 = "yes";
then
elif test -f $SYBASE_CT_LIBDIR/libsybct.so; then
I also merged that to 5_3 and 5_4
Guess this really is about the â%dâ vs. â%ldâ warning here.

But using INCDIR on:
elif test -f $SYBASE_CT_INCDIR/libsybct.so; then
seems wrong.
