When a directory contains index.html and index.php, built-in web server send to the client
index.html, instead of index.php.
Test script:
---------------
Pour in the root directory of the built-in web server index.html and index.php.
Launght the built-in web server with php -S localhost:8080.
Go to http://localhost:8080.
Expected result:
----------------
Result of execution of index.php.
Actual result:
--------------
Contents of index.html.
