This bug has been fixed in CVS. You can grab a snapshot of the
CVS version at http://snaps.php.net/. In case this was a
documentation
problem, the fix will show up soon at http://www.php.net/manual/.
In case this was a PHP.net website problem, the change will show
up on the PHP.net site and on the mirror sites.
Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PHP better.

I would like to add something like that:
(somewhere after the words "...Before you get started, you have a lot
to download..." )
-------------------

- If you are going to compile PHP as the Apache's module please get <a
href="http://httpd.apache.org/dist/httpd/">Apache's
sources</a> for
your version of Apache.

-------------------
Hope that this will help sombody!

What sort of references are you looking for? Feel free to write it and
submit it in the bugreport and have it added.

Please add reference to Apache's sources into the capter
"Preparations"
because it's just impossible to build php as the Apache's
module without it.
