Try new OO API, it has bulk-set functionality.

Description:
------------
There seems to be no "snmpset" function for sending multiple "OID type value"
pairs in one PDU packet. Sadly some crappy hardware needs this. It is possible with /usr/bin/snmpset
so the underlying Net-SNMP library can handle it. (It might be called snmp bulk set analog to
"SNMP bulk get" but I'm not sure if that's the same)
