its not for PDF files !!

even if you have arabic words in php files it will became >> ???

even if you change the encodding 

im software eng & web developer & server manager 
iknow thoses stuff

Please report this problem on the relevant PECL package as 5.3 does not contain any PDF related
extensions.

and its show the vales as >>"????"
