Problem in some cases when use intval($ip);
Test script:
---------------
$ip = '127.0.1.1';
echo $ip == intval($ip); // true
$ip = '127.1.1.1';
echo $ip == intval($ip); // false
Expected result:
----------------
Both result should be false
