Description:
------------
You cannot call default constructor from derived class.

Test script:
---------------
<?
class Base {

}

class Derived extends Base {

    function __construct($foo) {
        parent::__construct();
        echo $foo;
    }

}

$derived = new Derived("baz");

Expected result:
----------------
baz

Actual result:
--------------
Fatal error: Cannot call constructor
