Bug description: Is_file() missing warning
http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.is-file.php
This page misses the warning:
-----
This function will not work on remote files; the file to be examined must
be accessible via the server's filesystem.
-----
It is kind of essential! The rest of the is_ files do contain them.
