Description:
------------
In centos running as
/usr/bin/php /tmp/test.php &

not working.
It says
[1]+ Stopped php /tmp/test.php
But it's running properly without &
Test script:
---------------
<?php
$test = true;
$i =0;
while($test)
{
if($i++ > 10)
$test = false;
echo 'test';
sleep(1);
}
?>
Expected result:
----------------
