This bug has been fixed in SVN.
Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change
will be in the next snapshot. You can grab the snapshot at

The _SERVER[SERVER_PORT] variable is missing with the php built-in server.
This is useful for generate full URLs and it's used by some php frameworks.
