AFAIK this code could work. I've written some code this way but the
user has to guard the definition of the function somehow or on the
second call os test1 there will be fatal error.

It would be helpfull to be able to
use nested functions inside a function thats in a class.
For example...
clase something {
function test1() {
do something here
// quick function to make code smaller
function test2() {
do more here
}
}
}
