Description:
------------
When declaring a closure and using it without the open brackets (as if it were a variable), PHP
stops from executing next instructions.

Test script:
---------------
$a = function(){};
echo $a;
echo 'Hey!';

Expected result:
----------------
Hey!

Actual result:
--------------
nothing
