Must've been a browser issue on my end. Duped as #60489, but this one doesn't
contain the patch.

Noticed this while setting up a new box for a client this afternoon. Where it
refers to freetds.comf, it should instead be freetds.conf. An interesting side-
effect of this is seeing how many folks on the web have exposed php.ini files,
purposely or otherwise.
