Works fine on Linux. Doesn't seem like this should be an OS-specific thing. Can
anybody else reproduce this on Windows?

This tool works on Win 7 only as (Analisys only) mode.
"Options and settings" tab looks otherwise.
There is no "Add a rule" button.
Please update the handbook as soon as possible.
