change php.ini:
extension=php_gd2.dll
extension=php_intl.dll
extension=php_mbstring.dll

run test script

Test script:

?>

Expected result:
----------------
gd loaded
intl loaded
mbstring loaded

Actual result:
--------------
only mbstring loaded
