This bug has been fixed in SVN.
Snapshots of the sources are packaged every three hours; this change
will be in the next snapshot. You can grab the snapshot at

With the patch, the test passes for me on Windows 7 sp1x64 with PHP_5_3-r324324

In the patch phar_oo_005.phpt.diff the output is adopted according to the new
iterator functionality.
