ext\mbstring\tests\mb_send_mail04.phpt

ext\mbstring\tests\mb_send_mail06.phpt
ext\mbstring\tests\mb_send_mail07.phpt
For example the diff of ext\mbstring\tests\bug52861.phpt

Thease tests should not be run on windows, as on windows no sendmail binary
is used but an available MTA is required.
